Stake Support: How to Contact Stake Customer Service
Stake support uses signed-in live chat with real agents, plus support@stake.com at any hour. No official Stake.com source lists a customer phone number.
Stake support uses chat or email, not phone.
Stake Support Overview
Stake support starts with the Stake help centre, because Stake recommends that official help route first and fills it with solution articles. The centre stays open at all hours and groups help under Getting Started, Account, Stake Smart, Payments, Casino, Sports, Bonuses & Promotions, and Loyalty Programs. That gives you a clear place to begin before a problem needs direct contact.
Live chat is the main support route when you need a person, and Stake says it is the best way to contact customer service once you sign in. The Stake.com menu includes a Live Support entry for that purpose. The footer also names Medium Rare N.V. as the operator of Stake.com and lists support@stake.com as the official contact address.
The Official Ways to Contact Stake Support
Use self-service help when you can fix the problem yourself, and turn to Stake customer support when you need a person to answer and act. Under Stake’s terms, Stake live chat and support@stake.com are both available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The support guide adds that this 24/7 service covers both casino customers and sportsbook customers.
- Use live chat once you are signed in to the account. It suits questions that call for a conversation with a support agent.
- Use support@stake.com when you need the request handled in writing or when chat is not accessible. support@stake.com is the Stake support email for direct contact with the support team.
- Use help.stake.com for fixes you can apply yourself before writing to anyone. The help centre is the self-service route for problems that do not yet need a direct reply from support.
- Use recovery@stake.com if you can no longer use the account email or the 2FA code. Use accountclosure@stake.com if you would rather have the team close the account than do it yourself in the settings.
- From Platinum IV, you can contact a dedicated VIP host for almost any question. Stake says the host can also help with bonuses and personalised benefits, and you can reach that contact by Telegram or email.
Choose the route by what access you still have. Live chat opens only after sign-in, so email becomes the contact option when you cannot reach the account. For a lost 2FA code, Stake restores access within 48 hours after review. That is why recovery by email matters when a security step blocks the login before chat can even open.
What Stake Support Can Help With
Stake support covers account issues that affect access or money held on the account. If a closed, locked, excluded, or suspended account still holds funds, the terms direct you to support@stake.com. The same route applies when registration has been suspended because information is incomplete. That makes support the contact point when account status and your balance are tied to the same problem.
Payment questions include checks that hold up release of funds. If you are dealing with a withdrawal that stays pending, Stake can ask for additional KYC verification before it is released. Wallet support also has firm limits. Crypto sent to the wrong address cannot be undone without a known owner, and unsupported coins or networks are not credited to the account.
Support also helps with marketing email settings and unresolved game interruptions. If promotional emails stop, you can opt back in through Account, Settings, and Preferences, or ask through live support, but no promotional email is sent during a self-exclusion. For a game that freezes during a feature, Stake says the interrupted feature or bonus buy is not lost and settles automatically after a few days.
How to Check If an Email Is Really from Stake.com
Start every email check with the sender address, because Stake says you should confirm that a message comes from one of its official addresses before opening it. You can compare the sender against Stake’s own list of official addresses before you trust the message. A password reset follows a request sent through the Forgot Password form and arrives within minutes with a link to set a new password.
- noreply@stake.com is used for security and login notifications, account verification and recovery, authentication or confirmation codes, and account updates. If the message claims to cover one of those tasks, this is the official address Stake says to expect.
- noreply@mail.stake.com is used for marketing and promotions. If an email is presenting an offer or promotional update, the address should match this official format before you trust it as a Stake message.
- support@stake.com is the official address for customer service questions and assistance. If you are replying to a support case by email, this is the contact route that matches Stake’s own support communication.
Account security also depends on the checks you set yourself. Two-factor authentication protects logins, withdrawals, tips, and fund transfers, and you set it in Settings > Security. Do not share the QR code or its text string with anyone. A passkey is added through Add Passkey in the security settings, and it works only on the specific site it was created for.
Stake Help Topics by Issue
A bank transfer deposit can take up to 24 hours, while a bank transfer withdrawal can take up to 3 business days. Stake also says a withdrawal marked pending is still being processed by the payment provider. Support is the route to use once those time limits have passed without the payment completing.
| Problem | Where to Go | What to Have Ready |
|---|---|---|
| Forgot password | Use the Forgot Password form with the verified account email. If that fails, email support@stake.com. Social sign-in accounts reset through Facebook, Google, Line, or Twitch. | Verified account email |
| Lost access to the account email | Email recovery@stake.com from the new address you want linked to the account. | New email address for the account |
| Lost 2FA code | Email recovery@stake.com from your account email. Stake checks ownership details before restoring access. | Account email and ownership details |
| Bank transfer deposit not credited after 24 hours | Contact support after 24 hours. | Payment proof with date, reference number, beneficiary details, and total amount |
| Bank transfer withdrawal pending after 3 business days | Contact support if the withdrawal is still pending after 3 business days. | Withdrawal status and account details |
| Crypto deposit sent with the wrong tag or memo | Use live support to start recovery for EOS or XRP tag or memo errors. | Transaction details and the deposit status from notifications or transaction history |
| Game freezes during a feature | Reopen the game with the same currency pair, clear cache and cookies, try another browser or device, then use live chat. | Game details and the same currency pair |
Third-party providers can add one extra step before Stake handles the case. Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live have their own headset-icon live chat, and if Evolution sends you back to Stake, ask for the Case ID first. For another provider, Stake’s own instructions are to note the time, game, currency pair, and bet ID if possible, then contact Stake support straight away or email support@stake.com.
Responsible Gambling and Account Closure Help
Responsible gambling tools on Stake are mostly self-service, so support is not the first step for ordinary controls. You can close the account yourself through Responsible Gambling, then Account Closure, by choosing a reason and confirming it. Closure is immediate, blocks future login, and stops bonus or promotional access on that account. If needed, accountclosure@stake.com remains the contact route from the registered address.
Complete deletion is not offered, because Stake keeps certain data for legal and compliance reasons, so account closure is the route available instead. Reopening a closed account needs a 24-hour cooling-off period and a request by email or support chat, and Stake can refuse it. If you need a stronger barrier, a self-exclusion of at least six months is set in Stake Smart, and return to play after that period needs a formal review requested by email to support@stake.com.
Limits sit between ordinary play and full self-exclusion. Stake offers loss and wager limits by day, week, or month, plus a daily deposit limit, and setting or lowering one takes effect immediately while raising one takes 24 hours. Product exclusion can block casino or sportsbook access for a fixed period or without term, and an open-ended exclusion can be lifted only by emailing support@stake.com from the account address. Stake also lists outside help organisations and gambling site blockers.
Common Problems Players Search For
Stake.com does not publish a support number in its terms, support guide, or help centre. One third-party review also says there is no telephone support. The routes Stake names for round-the-clock contact are live chat after sign-in and the support@stake.com email address, both available 24 hours a day under Stake’s terms.
- Search the right article. Open help.stake.com and look for the article that matches the issue before you contact support. The help centre stays open 24/7 and carries solution articles across its support topics.
- Sign in for chat. Log in to your Stake account, then open live chat. This is the route to use when the issue needs a direct exchange with support.
- Copy the bet record. For a sports bet question, open Sports > My Bets, then Active or Settled, and copy the bet ID or bet link. Paste it into the chat so support can identify the wager.
- Wait for the banking window. For a bank transfer, wait until the stated processing time has passed before you contact support. Keep the bank payment proof ready so it can be attached if support asks for it.
- Pass on the Case ID. If Evolution chat sends the issue back to Stake, ask the agent for the Case ID. Give that ID to the Stake support team so the provider case can be matched.
Use the public chat room for community activity, not account help. Rain drops in the public chat, but posting there requires wagering at least 500 USD once and the room follows its own rules. Stake also lists the United Kingdom, France, and Spain among countries where Stake.com is not offered, and manipulating your location breaks those same terms.
If Support Does Not Solve the Issue
If the support team does not resolve the problem, Stake says the complaint should still be filed through live chat or at support@stake.com. An unresolved dispute can then be taken to the jurisdiction of the applicable law, which is Curacao. Keep the contact factual and calm, because abusive or insulting behaviour towards staff can lead to an account block or closure.
Third-Party Contact Pages: What to Trust and What to Avoid
Check which Stake product a contact page actually belongs to before you share personal details. The name Stake is used for Stake.com, Stake.us, and an Australian share-investing app, so the product has to match the account you are trying to reach. The app at hellostake.com is operated by Stakeshop Pty Ltd, while Stake.com is operated from Curacao, so the two contact routes belong to different businesses.
- Treat the Contact Stake page on hellostake.com as a route for the Australian investing app. It publishes an Australian phone line that is open during market hours and serves investing-app customers, not Stake.com players.
- Treat any number presented as Stake.com support with caution. One third-party site assigns Stake.com the investing app’s number, so a phone contact sold as Stake.com support can lead to a different company instead.
- Check the email domain before you treat an address as an official contact route. Stake.com support, recovery, and closure addresses all end in @stake.com, and the same domain applies to official senders, so an address outside that domain is not a Stake.com route.
- Check whether the page is really for Stake.com or for Stake.us. Stake.us is a US social casino with its own help centre at help.stake.us and its own support address, support@stake.us, and neither route serves a Stake.com account.
Do not leave account data on a page that does not clearly belong to Stake.com. That includes login credentials, passwords, email details, and payment information. Stake’s terms say you must not share your credentials with anyone. If the route does not clearly match Stake.com, stop and go back to the contact channels that Stake.com names itself.
