Three Teams Left at Stake Ranked Episode 5
Stake Esports said on 29 October 2026 that the final three teams are set. In Stake’s announcement on X, the account wrote: “The VRS battle isn’t over yet. Our final three teams have been decided, and it all comes down to tomorrow.” The event runs from 27 to 30 October 2026 in Barcelona, Spain, with eight teams and a $100,000 prize pool, according to HLTV.
Eternal Fire took the last place by beating Astralis 2-1 in the lower bracket on 29 October 2026, a match Stake Esports covered live. Astralis finish fourth, worth $11,000. Inner Circle and BIG share fifth place at $9,000 each, while Nemesis and magic share seventh place at $7,500 each, per HLTV’s prize distribution.
Bracket and Schedule for 30 October
Fnatic beat MIBR 2-0 in the upper bracket final on 29 October 2026 at 17:00 CET. They won all three of their bracket matches 2-0, against Astralis, BIG and MIBR. The grand final is a best-of-five, set for 30 October 2026 at 17:30 CET, while earlier matches are best-of-three in a double-elimination format.
MIBR and Eternal Fire meet in the lower bracket final on 30 October 2026 at 14:00 CET, and the winner takes the second grand final place against Fnatic. It is a rematch: MIBR won the first meeting 2-1 in the upper bracket quarter-finals on 27 October 2026. Stake Esports published a short interview with Eternal Fire’s regali ahead of the rematch.
Prizes and Ranking Stakes
The champion receives $25,000, the runner-up $17,500 and third place $13,500, according to HLTV. Episode 5 is the fifth of six events in the 2026 Stake Ranked roadmap, which StarLadder organises and produces. Episode 6 is scheduled for 17 to 20 November 2026.
The result also matters for the Valve Regional Standings. HLTV’s invite simulation gives MIBR an 87.0% chance of an invite to PGL Cluj-Napoca 2027 with a deep run here, against 18.2% without one. For Eternal Fire, the chance of an invite to PGL Major Singapore 2026 is 45.8% with a deep run and under 1% without.
