Quick answer
Stake Slide is an in-house multiplayer game. You set a Target Multiplier from 1.01x and multiplier cards slide across the screen: if the final one lands on or above your target, your bet pays out. Stake sets its RTP at 98%, a 2% house edge. The higher your target, the less often you win.

Stake gives one rule for a win: the slide pays out if the final multiplier lands on or above the target you selected. Its Slide page does not list what each target pays or how often a round reaches it, so we do not estimate odds for Slide here. Stake lists a single RTP for the game, 98%, with no separate figure for any target.
Over a long run of rounds, the 2% house edge comes to about $2 kept for every $100 wagered. From Bronze VIP ($10,000 wagered), or from sign-up with code BONUSTIIME once Stake support activates it, Stake’s rakeback returns 3.5% of that edge, about 7 cents per $100. Your target changes how often you win, not that edge.
Stake rates Slide’s volatility as low. Your target still shapes your sessions: the higher it is, the fewer final multipliers reach it, so the losing runs between two wins tend to get longer.
Crash, another multiplayer Original, and Limbo, where one result must beat your target, both run at 99% RTP, one point above Slide. To compare every Original, see our house edge table.
An average cost per $100 wagered, not a fee on each bet.

No target beats the edge. Watch the random multiplier button: Stake says it sets your target to any amount between 200x and 2,000x, above all three presets. Stake’s own advice is to check what the target has been set to before you play your next round.
Doubling your bet after each loss (Martingale) does not change the edge. It makes losing runs more expensive, and it stops at Stake’s maximum bet and maximum profit per bet. In Auto, treat stop-on-win and stop-on-loss as budget limits, not forecasts.

Slide runs on a salted hash chain. Stake says its provably fair technology determines and verifies the outcome of every round, the final multiplier. Your target does not change that outcome; it only decides whether your bet pays out.

Check Stake's terms for how Originals count toward wagering. The €30 needs a €20 deposit, so it is not a no deposit bonus.
No. Stake says Slide's provably fair technology determines and verifies the outcome of every round. Neither your bet nor your target changes where the slide stops. Stake publishes a hash of each round's data in advance, so once that data is revealed you can recompute the final multiplier.
Stake lists Slide's RTP at 98%, which leaves a 2% house edge, whatever target you choose. Over many rounds that is about $2 kept per $100 wagered, $1 more than Crash or Limbo at 99%.
No. Stake's Slide page says this title "can't be played as a demo game, but you can watch rounds play out in real-time to learn more." Bets start at Stake's minimum of $0.0001 or the equivalent.
Stake says its random multiplier button sets your Target Multiplier to any amount between 200x and 2,000x. That is above the 5x, 10x and 100x presets, so a round reaches it less often than any of them. Check what the target has been set to before your next round, as Stake advises.
