Best Chainlink Casinos in 2026
Few casino cashiers list LINK, the token that pays for Chainlink’s oracle services and was not designed for shopping. Where a Chainlink casino does take it, three details decide whether your deposit lands: the network, the exact token version and, if you buy in euros, the terms of the platform that sold it to you.
On BNB Chain and Polygon an official and a bridged LINK exist side by side, and a cashier wants the one it names. Euro purchases run through crypto platforms authorised under MiCA, whose terms set what the coins may be used for, and OKX Europe rules out gambling altogether.

Chainlink Casino Basics
Chainlink casino deposits are possible only where a cashier lists LINK, and few cashiers do. LINK is the native token of the Chainlink oracle network: developers and organisations pay it to use Chainlink services, and it compensates the node operators who deliver data to smart contracts. It was not built as a retail means of payment, so most holders who want to play convert it first into a coin the casino accepts.
Where a cashier does list LINK, your deposit is a token transfer from your wallet to an address the casino generates, not a card-style checkout. Winnings come back in LINK only if that same cashier offers LINK withdrawals; otherwise the casino pays out in another coin it supports. Open the withdrawal screen as well as the deposit screen before your first transfer, so you know which coin will come back to you.
Official LINK and Bridged LINK
On BNB Chain and on Polygon, two LINK tokens exist side by side: the official LINK, an ERC-677 token, and the LINK delivered by each chain’s own bridge. A cashier that names one version expects that version, so before you copy its address, compare the token details in your wallet with what the cashier shows, on the chain it shows.
The bridge’s LINK is not ERC-677 compatible, so it cannot be used with Chainlink services or oracle nodes, and Chainlink’s PegSwap service converts it into the official token. Holding BNB on BNB Chain or POL on Polygon in the same wallet changes nothing at the cashier, which still takes only the LINK version it names.
| Network | LINK on that network | Fee paid in |
|---|---|---|
| Ethereum network | The original LINK contract, an ERC-677 token that inherits the ERC-20 standard | ETH |
| BNB Chain network | Official ERC-677 LINK, plus the LINK delivered by the BNB Chain Bridge | BNB |
| Polygon network | Two tokens: the official one and the Polygon Bridge version, convertible through PegSwap | POL |
| Solana network | LINK with 9 decimals | SOL |
Chainlink Deposits and Withdrawals
A LINK deposit is ready to send once both sides agree: the network the cashier names and the network your wallet sends on, down to the token version. For a cashout, the receiving wallet has to be yours and has to match the deposit route. A transfer sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address is typically irrecoverable, so check the network and the address before you confirm, every time.
- Confirm that the cashier lists LINK and note the network it names.
- Buy LINK in euros from an authorised provider, or use LINK you already hold.
- Copy the deposit address the cashier generates.
- Check that your wallet holds the token version the cashier names, then send on that network.
- Wait for the casino to credit the account; the delay is set by the casino.
- To cash out, paste a receiving address from your own wallet, on the deposit network and for the same token version.
LINK Transfer Fees and Gas
LINK never pays its own gas on Ethereum: the network fee is charged in ether, so a wallet holding only LINK cannot send it to a casino. Top up the same wallet with a little ETH before you open the cashier, or the transfer fails before it leaves. Paying the casino in ether itself, as an Ethereum deposit does, needs no second asset, because the coin you send is the coin that pays the fee.
The other costs sit outside the network. The platform that sells you LINK charges its own trading fees and deposit or withdrawal charges, set in its fee schedule, and a casino may add a charge of its own, stated in its cashier terms. None of these is a fixed cost of LINK itself, so read both schedules before a small transfer, where a flat charge takes the largest share of the amount.
Buying LINK in Euros
Buy LINK in euros only from a platform authorised under MiCA, and read what its terms say about gambling. From 1 July 2026, the MiCA transition periods have ended across the EU, and the Central Bank of Ireland tells consumers to check their provider in the ESMA register. A listing there settles who may sell you LINK; the platform’s own terms settle what you may do with it afterwards.
Kraken sells LINK for EUR by bank transfer, card or other methods through Payward Europe Solutions Limited, which the Central Bank of Ireland authorises as a crypto-asset service provider, and its EEA terms bar using the service for “illegal gambling activities”. The card option meets an Irish rule: section 165 of the Gambling Regulation Act bars a licensee from accepting payment for gambling by credit card, including electronic or digital payment that uses money loaded from a credit card.
Coinbase also sells LINK and serves the EEA through Coinbase Luxembourg S.A.; its prohibited use policy bans “Unlawful Gambling”, including “games of chance that are not sanctioned by a governmental body or regulatory authority”. Bitpanda GmbH, listed in the ESMA register under Austria’s FMA, sells LINK too. Its user agreement does not name gambling; it bars using the platform “for any activity prohibited by any law applicable to you or to Bitpanda”.
OKX Europe is different: its EEA terms prohibit any use of its services in connection with “Gambling activities, including but not limited to, sports betting, casino games”, so it is not a route for buying LINK to play with. A MiCA white paper for LINK, filed by Crypto Risk Metrics with Germany’s BaFin, appears in the ESMA register with Ireland among the host states, and it has not been approved by any competent authority in the EU.
LINK Privacy and Safety Risks
Holding LINK for play means carrying the token’s own risks, and no casino takes them off you. They run from the moment you buy until the moment you sell, so the shorter LINK sits in a casino balance, the less of them you carry. If price movement is the part you would rather avoid altogether, compare LINK with USD Coin, a stablecoin, before you fund the account.
- Bridges and wrappers: where LINK is bridged or wrapped across blockchains, flaws in bridge protocols, validator sets or locking mechanisms can cause loss, duplication or misrepresentation.
- Value swings: nothing stabilises the value of LINK, which follows supply and demand, can be highly volatile and can be lost in part or in full.
- No safety net: no investor compensation scheme and no deposit guarantee scheme covers LINK.
Chainlink Casino Bonuses
Whether a LINK deposit unlocks a welcome offer or free spins is decided by each casino’s bonus terms, not by the token. The same site can count LINK for one promotion and leave it out of another, so read the list of qualifying payment methods and the wagering rules before you send anything. Check too that the operator holds a licence valid where you live, before any offer enters the decision.
Chainlink Alternatives
If LINK is not the right coin for a casino balance, these methods reach the same kind of cashier with a different trade-off.
| Method | Type | How It Differs from LINK |
|---|---|---|
| Ethereum | Crypto | Native coin of the network where the original LINK contract lives |
| USD Coin | Crypto | A stablecoin, where LINK is a utility token |
| Litecoin | Crypto | Native coin of its own blockchain |
| Solana | Crypto | Native coin of a network where LINK also has a contract |
| Dogecoin | Crypto | Coin of another standalone blockchain |
Chainlink Casino FAQs
Why Do So Few Casinos Accept LINK?
Few casino payment processors handle LINK. NOWPayments advertises Chainlink payments and lists a casino solution, but it does not appear in the ESMA register of authorised crypto-asset service providers. CoinGate, whose operator the Bank of Lithuania authorises under MiCA, does not list LINK on its supported currencies page.
Should I Swap My LINK to Another Crypto Before Depositing at a Casino?
A swap exchanges one crypto-asset for another on an authorised platform, which charges its own trading fee plus the network charge. That cost buys you a coin the casino takes, Litecoin for instance, so it is worth paying only when your LINK cannot go in as it is.
What Is the Security Like at Chainlink Casinos?
A casino’s safety depends on its operator and its licence, not on the token it accepts. Chainlink’s own security, in which node operators and community members stake LINK that can be slashed, protects the oracle network, not your casino balance.
How Many LINK Tokens Exist?
The total supply is capped at 1,000,000,000 LINK. For a casino deposit the cap changes nothing: what counts is the amount of LINK you send and its value on the day you send it.
Who Is Behind Chainlink?
SmartContract Inc. develops the software for Chainlink’s decentralised oracle networks. When you deposit LINK, the cashier, its limits and its terms belong to the casino operator, not to SmartContract.
