Teleingreso Casinos in 2026: Spanish Codes, No Withdrawals

Teleingreso casino payments start and end in Spain: you settle a code in euros at a Spanish cash machine, shop or online bank, and Spanish law lets an online casino take players only with a DGOJ licence.

If you hope to get winnings back the same way, you cannot, since the code moves money in one direction. The company behind the brand is also less clear than the checkout suggests, because its own sites name three different firms.

Teleingreso and Online Casinos: Spain Only

In euros, a Teleingreso casino payment can only be made from Spain, and Spain allows online gambling only at operators holding a Spanish licence from the DGOJ. Spanish rules also forbid advertising unlicensed operators to residents of Spain, affiliate sites included, so BonusTiime lists no casino for Teleingreso and recommends none.

The Teleingreso payment method itself is a way to pay for online purchases in general: a website shows you a code, and you settle it offline, in cash or by card at a secure payment point, instead of paying on the website. A casino that accepts Teleingreso is, in that flow, just another merchant issuing a code.

Teleingreso Withdrawals: No Cash-Out Route

You cannot withdraw casino winnings with Teleingreso. Once you pay the code, the purchase is complete: the merchant sends the order or loads your balance, and nothing ever flows back to the code. Winnings have to leave through another payout route in the operator’s cashier, such as a bank transfer to your account, so check which payout methods you can use before you pay a single code.

The Cash Out services on the Teleingreso site do not change that answer. They require a registered business to sign up and validate its company details, and they are only announced as available soon. There is no Teleingreso withdrawal time and no withdrawal fee to quote for a player, because no such route exists.

How a Teleingreso Code Is Paid

A Teleingreso code is issued by the website you buy from and paid away from it, in five steps:

  1. The merchant generates a 9-digit Teleingreso code tied to the amount of your purchase.
  2. You have one week to pay it; after that, the code is cancelled.
  3. You pick a payment point in Spain: an Abanca or Cajamar cash machine (option “Comprar cupones Internet”, then Teleingreso, then the 9 digits), a Disashop shop counter, or HalCash from the online banking of Abanca, Cajamar or Bankinter.
  4. You pay the amount in cash or by card, depending on the point.
  5. You keep the receipt the point hands you.

Who Runs Teleingreso

Teleingreso’s own sites name three companies and do not settle which one stands behind your payment. The current site says the brand is operated by Cap Venture HC Mexico SA de CV, with a tax address in Cancún, Mexico, and its terms form a contract with that company under Spanish law. When a code is paid by international transfer, the money goes to an account at Abanca in Spain held in the name of ESGIRO, S.L.

An older Teleingreso site, still online, names Telepay, S.L. as owner of the Teleingreso trade mark. None of these sources names a licence or a payment authorisation, so you have no licence number to look up for the brand before you pay a code.

Teleingreso Limits, Fees and Timing

Teleingreso sets no single limit or fee of its own; what you can pay, and when, depends on the point you choose:

  • Limits: the website or the payment point can cap the minimum and maximum amounts, or even restrict the values a code may take.
  • HalCash: only amounts in multiples of 10 euros go through, so a code for another amount needs a different point.
  • Fees: the operator publishes no fee schedule, so ask about any charge at the point rather than assuming the payment is free.
  • Timing: payment follows the opening hours of the point you pick, while the automated points stay open around the clock, all year.
  • Confirmation: once your payment is confirmed, the website is notified in real time, and it is the website that credits you.

Teleingreso From Europe: What Changes in Euros

For a player elsewhere in Europe, the currency rule decides everything. A Teleingreso code is issued in the currency of the country where the merchant is established, and it can only be paid in that currency. A euro code therefore comes from a merchant set up in euros, and the euro routes on the site all sit in Spain: Spanish cash machines, Spanish shops and Spanish online banking.

If you are visiting Spain, you can still pay a code at an Abanca cash machine with a card from any bank. In the other countries on the Teleingreso site, a code is paid by international bank transfer in US dollars, which does nothing for a euro account. From the rest of the euro area, a method that needs no Spanish payment point, such as a SEPA credit transfer or an instant bank transfer, fits your account better.

Teleingreso and Spain’s Gambling Law

Spain’s gambling law, Ley 13/2011, treats any gambling activity run without the required Spanish licence as prohibited, and sanctions whoever promotes or carries it out. For you as a player, the offence it names is narrow: taking part from Spain in gambling on an unlicensed site by masking Spanish IP addresses is a minor offence. Promoting or facilitating participation from Spain through unlicensed websites, and advertising gambling without a licence, are serious offences.

Royal Decree 958/2020 on commercial communications covers whoever spreads them, affiliates and websites included, and bans commercial communications aimed at residents of Spain for entities without a Spanish gambling licence. The regulator can also require payment service providers to hand over information on unlicensed operators or to stop serving them. No rule names Teleingreso itself: the test falls on the operator you pay, not on the code.

How Safe Is Teleingreso?

Teleingreso keeps your card details off the website, because you pay the code at a separate point, away from the website. The merchant or the payment point may still ask you for extra information to confirm your identity under anti-money-laundering rules, so be ready to show who you are when you pay.

What Teleingreso does not do is vouch for the merchant it pays. Its terms only ask you to respect the law and not to use the service for unlawful purposes, which leaves the question of the casino’s Spanish licence entirely with you. Settle that question before you generate a code.

Teleingreso Pros and Cons

Teleingreso suits a shopper in Spain who prefers to pay for online purchases in cash; it does little for a casino player who needs winnings paid out. If paying in cash is what draws you to it, compare it with the wider family of prepaid cards and vouchers.

Teleingreso Casino FAQs

Is Teleingreso Express the Same Service?

No. Teleingreso Express is a separate shop for prepaid gift cards, and it sells nothing to you without a Spanish mobile number and a Spanish identity document. It has nothing to do with paying a code at a casino.

What If I Lose My Teleingreso Code?

Contact Teleingreso’s customer service, which gives you the details needed to pay it. The terms make you alone responsible for keeping the code safe, so note it down as soon as the website shows it.

Can I Get a Refund After Paying at the Point?

No. Amounts actually paid at a Teleingreso point cannot be cancelled. The terms ask you to keep the receipt from the point, so hold on to it until the website has credited you.

What If the Merchant Does Not Deliver After I Pay?

Raise a claim with Teleingreso’s customer service through its website. The operator undertakes to try to resolve the anomaly within 48 hours of identifying it.

Can I Pay a Teleingreso Code in Portugal?

No. Portugal appears in the site’s country list, but its single listed payment point is inactive and only announced as coming soon. Payments by reference in Portugal run through Multibanco, a separate network.
