Each day’s free spins are claimed within 24 hours of the e-mail and played within 1 day. Under the bonus terms, winnings converted from a bonus are capped at 10 times the bonus amount. Some studios restrict their games in certain countries.

The Daily Cashback returns 10% of net losses on eligible games over the day, from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC, up to €10,000 per day. It is claimed the following day and wagered 10 times within that day, or it is lost. Crash, Plinko, Mines, Dice and HiLo games, table games and bets that contribute to a jackpot do not count. The promotion is open to all registered players.

The VIP Club has levels earned through XP on real-money bets: 1 XP per €1 on slots and 1 XP per €5 on the live casino, Live Dice excluded. Level names and thresholds are not published. Members get VIP Cashback of up to 15%, unlimited and free of wagering, with no restriction on stakes or withdrawals; the rate for each level is not published. According to the FAQ, withdrawals are usually instant, up to 24 hours when a manual review is needed, then up to 5 business days depending on the bank.
