Rocknreels Casino Review: Weekly Reload Bonuses, Free Spins and 15 Loyalty Levels

Banking & Withdrawals is the weakest section at 5.5, where the cashier collects a single point, for its published withdrawal limit. Bonuses & Promotions stops at 7.0: the seven recurring reloads and the loyalty levels score, the other criteria of the section do not. Licensing & Security reaches 7.5 under a Curaçao licence, and Customer Support ends at 6.5.

The site suits a player who reloads through the week, likes free spins on Pragmatic Play slots with each reload, and checks the max cashout of an offer before claiming it.

• Moneyline Magnet Monday: every Monday, 100% plus 15 free spins on Tree of Riches, with a max cashout of EUR 1,500.
• Tilted Reels Tuesday: every Tuesday, 50% plus 10 free spins on Fortune of Giza, max cashout EUR 1,000; only an L1 version is listed, at 47x the bonus.
• Thumper Thursday Thrills: every Thursday, 50% plus 10 free spins on Fortune of Giza, max cashout EUR 800.
• Spin to Win Fridays: every Friday, 50% plus 15 free spins on Tree of Riches, max cashout EUR 1,250.
• Saturday Night Jackpot: every Saturday, 70% plus 10 free spins on Fortune of Giza, max cashout EUR 1,000.
• Lazy Day Luck: 100% plus 10 free spins on Fortune of Giza, max cashout EUR 1,000.
• Blockchain Blitz: 120% plus 10 free spins on Fortune of Giza, max cashout EUR 1,000.

Each offer asks for a deposit of at least EUR 20, and its wagering is counted on the bonus alone. Apart from Tilted Reels Tuesday, the offers come in L1, L2 and L3 versions, each on a page of its own, at 47x, 45x and 42x the bonus. Blockchain Blitz is published with the first two swapped: its L1 version at 45x, its L2 version at 47x and its L3 version at 42x. The site leaves open which loyalty levels each version is for.

The bonus is sticky: the deposit can be withdrawn before the wagering is met, but the bonus and its winnings are then cancelled. A single casino bonus can run at a time, real money is played first, and slots count 100% towards the requirement. The general bonus terms give a bonus 7 days from receipt unless otherwise stated, and they rule out betting strategies such as Martingale with bonus funds. To take part, a player opens Promotions, joins the offer and then makes the qualifying deposit.

Loyalty Levels

The User Levels programme, reached through the VIP Club link in the footer, ranks players on 15 levels by cumulative wagers: Bronze at 10,000, Silver at 50,000, Gold at 100,000, Platinum at 250,000, Platinum II at 500,000, Platinum III at 1,000,000, Platinum IV at 2,500,000, Platinum V at 5,000,000, Platinum VI at 10,000,000, Diamond at 25,000,000, Diamond II at 50,000,000, Diamond III at 100,000,000, Diamond IV at 250,000,000, Diamond V at 500,000,000 and Obsidian at 1,000,000,000.

The levels page says promotions come at higher rates as the level rises, and it describes exclusive rewards and personalised service in general terms.

The terms do not accept players from the United States, Greece, Australia, the United Kingdom, Ireland, France and its overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, New Caledonia and Saint Martin), Anguilla, Russia, Ukraine, Iran, the Netherlands, the Caribbean Netherlands, Curaçao and Sint Maarten.

The site does not publish a processing time for withdrawals. Identity checks through SumSub apply to withdrawal requests and once cumulative withdrawals reach EUR 1,000, and the verification has to be completed within 3 business days, or within 7 business days under enhanced due diligence. Deposits must be wagered 3 times before a withdrawal, and a withdrawal cancels any active bonus.
