Runa Casino Review: Up to €2,500 + 600 Wager-Free Spins, Weekly Cashback and 56 Studios

Licensing and Security, at 5.6, costs the most, as no gaming licence is published on the site. Banking and Withdrawals, at 6.5, earns none of the 4 points for payout time, because processing stretches with the amount requested, and half the points for both the range of methods and crypto. Customer Support stands at 5.5 with e-mail as its confirmed channel, and Responsible Gambling at 7.0 rests on self-exclusion, help organisations and age and identity checks.

• €20 to €39.99: 100% plus 50 free spins, credited in one batch
• €40 to €69.99: 125% plus 100 free spins, in two batches of 50, one every 24 hours
• €70 and more: 150% plus 150 free spins, in two batches of 75, one every 24 hours

The bonus is capped at €250 on the first deposit, €500 on the second, €750 on the third and €1,000 on the fourth. The spins are worth €0.20 each and are played on Only Diamonds, then Coin Win: Hold The Spin, 3×5 Royal Piggy: Hold The Spin and 3×5 Double Blazing, one game per deposit. Their winnings are wager-free and go straight to the real balance. The bonus money is wagered 25x, on the bonus alone, within 120 hours, and at most 3 times the bonus can be moved to the real balance. Slots count 100% towards wagering; card games, video poker, roulette and live casino count 0%, and the bonus terms also exclude a long list of individual games.

The promotions page then lists the offers that keep coming back:

• Bonus on every third deposit: after activation, three deposits of €15 or more each unlock, on the third, 150% up to €1,000 plus 150 free spins on Hot Triple Sevens at €0.20, credited in three batches of 50 every 24 hours. Bonus and spin winnings are both wagered 25x within 120 hours, conversion stops at 5 times the bonus, and the offer can be switched on again 48 hours later.
• HighRoller Bonus: a deposit of €100 or more is matched at 100% up to €5,000, with 100 free spins at €0.20. Bonus and spin winnings are wagered 25x within 14 days, at most 5 times the bonus converts to real money, and the offer returns after 7 days.
• Weekly Cashback: every active player gets back part of their net real-money losses, 3% at Initiate, 4% at Apprentice, 5% at Adept, 7% at Wizard, 10% at Master, 12% at Archmage and 15% at Runemaster. Losses made with bonus funds or prize money are left out. The cashback builds up on a separate balance and moves to the real balance every Friday between 06:00 and 07:00 UTC, wager-free. Each payment can reach at most 5 times the total deposits made since sign-up.
• Mobile app bonuses: a 100% bonus up to €300 with 50 free spins and a high roller version at 100% up to €1,500 with 100 free spins, both renewed weekly, plus 30 free spins without a deposit for players who have deposited at least once before. The spins are played on Elven Princess and Elven Princess: Crown Quest, and the wagering, validity and minimum deposit are terms shown in the app only.

Whatever the offer, the maximum bet while a bonus is being wagered follows the loyalty level: €3 at Initiate and Apprentice, €5 at Adept, Wizard and Master, €10 at Archmage and €20 at Runemaster, for the whole round, re-spins and risk games included.

VIP Programme

The VIP Club runs over seven levels: Initiate, Apprentice, Adept, Wizard, Master, Archmage and Runemaster. Each level comes with a deposit bonus of its own, between 100% and 150%, and with the weekly cashback rate given above.

Loyalty Rewards

Play earns Experience points, which can be exchanged for money, and points multipliers go up to x3. Points left unused for 6 months may be cancelled. The site menu also includes a Store.

• Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• E-wallets: Neteller, Skrill
• Bank transfer: Rapid Transfer
• Crypto: Tether USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin
• Prepaid: Paysafecard
• Mobile wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay

The terms set processing times by amount: up to €499 within 3 business days, €500 to €4,999 within 5, €5,000 to €20,999 within 14, €30,000 to €49,999 within 21 and above €50,000 within 30 business days, with at most €50,000 transferred per 30 days. Requests can take longer under high load or during identity checks, and VIP players who deposited €1,000 or more in the last 30 days may be processed faster.

Cashing out before real-money deposits have been wagered twice costs a fee that depends on the level: 25% at Adept, 20% at Wizard and 10% at Master, Archmage and Runemaster. Players at Initiate and Apprentice cannot withdraw until the deposit has been wagered twice.
