Casilime Casino Review: Two-Deposit Welcome, a Daily Bonus Wheel and 137 Studios

The limits sit in the cashier and in support. Withdrawal requests stay pending for 1 to 2 days, then can take up to 3 working days to arrive once approved, and support is offered by e-mail.

Casilime Casino is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority under licence MGA/B2C/370/2017 and operated by White Hat Gaming Limited.

Welcome Package Over Two Deposits

A first deposit of at least 20 EUR brings a 100% match up to 250 EUR plus 50 free spins on Book of Dead. A second deposit of 25 EUR or more adds 100 free spins on Legacy of Dead, so the package reaches up to 250 EUR and 150 free spins over the first two deposits. Both slots come from Play’n GO. Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify for either part, only one bonus is awarded per account, and the package cannot be combined with any other offer.

Wagering and Spin Terms

Wagering is 40x the deposit plus the bonus, and the free spins also count toward it. Bonus funds must be used within 30 days and the spins within 10 days. Free-spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and capped at 20 EUR. The maximum bet while the bonus is in play is 5 EUR, and a single bet above 20% of the bonus credited counts as irregular play, a rule that does not apply to bets under 5 EUR. The bonus is sticky.

Slots contribute 100% to wagering, apart from a short list at 20% and a longer list at 0%; scratchcards and keno also count 100%, while table games, video poker, other games and progressive jackpots count 0%. Players from Armenia, Poland, Greece, Cyprus, Hungary, Croatia, Ukraine, Russia, the Czech Republic and several other countries cannot receive the welcome bonus or any deposit bonus.

Daily Bonus Wheel

Existing players who have made a first deposit get one free spin of the Bonus Wheel per day. Prizes include casino bonuses and free spins, and their values are not published. Each prize has its own terms and may need a further deposit, and one offer is awarded per account per player.

Withdrawals use the same methods, with a minimum of 20 EUR and a maximum of 5,000 EUR per week unless otherwise agreed in writing, and VIP players may be eligible for a withdrawal limit increase. Wins of 100,000 EUR or more may be paid in 10 monthly instalments of 10%, and jackpots above 250,000 EUR can take up to 30 days to be paid.

Withdrawal requests stay pending for 1 to 2 days. Once approved they are processed straight away and can take up to 3 working days to arrive, depending on the method: 1 to 3 bank days for Visa and Mastercard and 1 to 5 bank days for bank transfers, while Skrill, Neteller, Instadebit, Trustly and Interac are listed as instant once approved.

Loyalty Points

500 points are credited after the first deposit. After that, every 10 EUR wagered in real money earns 2 points on slots and scratchcards, 1 point on video poker and bingo, 0.5 point on blackjack and 0.25 point on roulette. 1,000 points convert into a 5 EUR bonus with 40x wagering and 30 days to use it, redeemable in batches of 1,000 and up to 10,000 points per day. Winnings from that bonus carry no maximum cash-out. Points may be reset after 30 days of inactivity.

Four VIP Levels

The VIP programme has four levels, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite, assigned on account activity and game play and reviewed every 30 to 60 days. Members get bespoke offers, cashback deals, a personal account manager, and upgrade and birthday rewards.
